The Personal Ravlin is a
cost-effective network security solution. It is a single-user hardware client with a small form factor
that addresses the needs of individual remote users who access corporations via cable, xDSL, and ISDN
modems. It is also an ideal solution for network administrators who seek to establish private
communications within a corporate intranet by providing security at the desktop level. The Personal Ravlin
preserves investments in existing network hardware and software by dropping transparently into the network
without requiring modification to the existing network infrastructure.
RedCreek provides Windows NT
4.0 server users with the means to incorporate the latest network security features quickly and easily.
Secure communications over Intranets/Extranets and secure Remote Access are easily implemented using the
Ravlin IPSec Card for NT 4.0 Server platform. For the first time users can implement IPSec encryption and
authentication on an NT 4.0 Server or workstation via a PCI base card that is simply installed into an NT
server just like an Ethernet card.
The Ravlin 7150 is a high
speed member of the RedCreek Ravlin family of security devices. It is easily configured in 100Base-TX
infrastructures, and provides security bandwidth up to T3 rates to protect entire enterprise-wide
networks. In conjunction with the Ravlin Soft client and the Personal Ravlin hardware device, the Ravlin
7150 allows complete, flexible control of (and access to) confidential and private resources. Access to
the Ravlin 7150 device is via standard Ethernet 10BaseT and 100Base-TX connections.
The Ravlin 7100 secure
Virtual Private Networking (VPN) solution represents a new architecture that is a step up in throughput
and extensibility. The Ravlin 7100 offers faster encryption and decryption speed, with the addition of
Fast Ethernet connectivity. All Ethernet parts are 10/100 BaseT auto-sensing ports. The Ravlin 7100 is
also more scaleable, allowing for higher number of concurrent users. As a hardware base VPN solution, the
Ravlin 7100 offers superior performance, security and is software application independent.
The RedCreek Ravlin 3200 is
a cost-effective network security solution that performs encryption and decryption with a throughput of
40% of the theoretical maximum of Ethernet. Network administrators use it to establish private
communications within secure intranets (as between corporative divisions, workgroups, branch offices, and
individuals) or within secure extranets (as between customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.) Its low
cost lets organizations establish security over private or public IP networks quickly and easily.
The Ravlin 10 provides the
best solution for securing corporate network communications over both private and public Ethernet
networks. Cost-effective, and easy to install and maintain, the Ravlin 10 allows the establishment of
Secure Intranets, Secure Extranets, and Secure Remote Access through secure Virtual Private Networks
(VPNs). A throughput of the theoretical maximum of Ethernet (or "wire" speed) is maintained with
the use of RedCreek's CryptoCore™ technology.
RavlinSoft is a client software tool that provides the same security as a Ravlin hardware unit. With the RavlinSoft client, remote users, such as mobile employees and telecommuters, can securely access corporate resources using either public networks or existing corporate dial-up facilities. Operating systems supported include Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, and Windows for Workgroups 3.11.
Ravlin Node Manager is a flexible management and control tool for configuring, managing, and integrating Ravlin products in an organization's network and security infrastructure. Ravlin Node Manager provides robust security management by allowing multiple levels of security among Ravlin hardware units and RavlinSoft clients. Compatible with Windows NT 4.0, Windows 95, Ravlin Node Manager provides installation and configuration wizards for easy setup and dismantling of secure intranets, extranets, and remote access clients in an IPSec-compliant secure virtual private network (VPN). An intuitive graphical user interface provides easy drag-and-drop setup of Ravlin units and users, thus simplifying installation and control.
