Vircom has developed several different applications aimed at the ISP and corporate market. Since the operations of an ISP are mission-critical, these applications are also well suited for the corporate world.
We do not sell what we do not use. All our products are tested and run in a full-blown ISP environment. This means that we will encounter the same problems our customers will, often before they themselves encounter them. Our
radius server allows network managers; internet service providers (ISPs) and remote access service
providers to authenticate users who need to access the Internet or an Intranet via dialup. VOP Radius can
also work in conjunction with Virtual Private Networks (VPN) used in the corporate environment. Supports
most popular ISP billing and accounting systems via ODBC interface.
The
VOPCOM Radius client is an ActiveX/COM Object that provides developers with the ability to include a
Radius solution into their applications (VB, ASP, VC++, J++). Using the Radius protocol over a TCP/IP
connection, VOPCOM can authenticate users and generate accounting information in conjunction with a Radius
server.
